Elizabeth Rancour, MD, FAAD

Dr. Elizabeth Rancour is a Board-certified dermatologist and co-founder of Precision Skin Care Dermatology. With expertise in medical and surgical dermatology, she provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, specializing in complex skin conditions, skin cancer detection, and procedural dermatology.

A St. Louis native, Dr. Rancour’s passion for medicine began early. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Denison University before graduating with distinction in research and community service from Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She then completed her dermatology residency at Indiana University in Indianapolis, where she had the honor of serving as Chief Resident alongside Dr. Kandula.

In addition to leading PSC Dermatology, Dr. Rancour is dedicated to education and mentorship. She serves veterans at the Veterans Affairs Dermatology Clinic and trains the next generation of dermatologists at the VA in collaboration with Washington University. Dr. Rancour is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology and the Missouri Dermatological Society.

Dr. Rancour’s approach to dermatology goes beyond medicine—she believes that great skin care is about helping patients feel comfortable, confident, and empowered. Known for her thoughtful, thorough, and compassionate care, she takes the time to create customized treatment plans that prioritize both skin health and patient well-being.

Prasanthi Kandula, MD, FAAD

Dr. Prasanthi Kandula is a Board-certified dermatologist and co-founder of Precision Skin Care Dermatology. She is highly regarded for her cosmetic and procedural expertise in advanced laser treatments, injectables, and skin rejuvenation procedures, helping patients achieve natural, beautiful results.

An Edwardsville, IL native, Dr. Kandula graduated magna cum laude from the combined BA/MD program at the University of Missouri – Kansas City. In medical school, she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and received multiple academic awards.  She pursued her dermatology residency at Indiana University in Indianapolis,, where she was honored to serve as Chief Resident alongside Dr. Rancour.

Following residency, Dr. Kandula completed a nationally renowned fellowship in Laser and Cosmetic Dermatology at SkinCare Physicians in Boston, MA, where she trained under leading experts in aesthetic dermatology. She developed expertise in a variety of cosmetic procedures including the injection of neuromodulators such as Botox and Dysport for facial lines and wrinkles, and fillers such as Juvederm, Voluma, Restylane, Belotero, and Radiesse for facial and body rejuvenation; use of lasers and other energy devices for the treatment of rosacea, vascular birthmarks, photodamage and aging skin, acne scarring, melasma, tattoo removal, and non-invasive skin tightening; and PRP for hair loss, Cellfina for cellulite, CoolSculpting for body contouring, and miraDry for excess sweating. 

Dr. Kandula is an active contributor to dermatologic research, co-authoring multiple book chapters and publishing in peer-reviewed journals. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and Women’s Dermatologic Society.
