No-Show & Cancellation Policy
At Precision Skin Care Dermatology, we are committed to providing high-quality dermatologic care to all our patients. To ensure we can accommodate everyone in a timely manner, we ask that you review our cancellation and no-show policy.
We understand that sometimes things come up that are beyond your control, but cancellations made within this timeframe allow us to offer the appointment to another patient in need. If you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
General Appointments: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice.
Procedural Appointments: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice.
Cosmetic Appointments: Due to the demand for cosmetic procedures, a deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a forfeited deposit.
No-Show Policy
Patients who no-show must pay a deposit in order to be rescheduled. The fee varies based on the type of appointment as outlined below:
General Dermatology Appointments: $50
Medical Procedures: $100
Cosmetic Appointments (e.g., Botox, fillers, laser treatments): varies based on the appointment type; deposit paid at scheduling will be forfeited
If you have 2 no shows in a 3 year period, you will be dismissed from the practice.
